Event Planner - Strategic Events

A|T Collective is seeking a highly organized Event Planner to manage total event planning, coordination, and execution for premier multi-day education and partner engagement events, as well as large-scale advisor recognition and internal events. This role serves as a central planning resource, collaborating with internal stakeholders, destination partners, and vendors to deliver polished, high-impact event experiences. The position requires independent judgment on budgets, vendor selection, and onsite decisions with limited day-to-day supervision.
