Event Planner

As an Event Planner at Amex GBT, you will lead the planning and execution of client meeting programs from contract to billing, ensuring high-quality vendor selection and legal compliance. This role involves managing program costs, coordinating logistics with venues and staff, and utilizing technology solutions like Cvent to streamline registration and communication. You will work remotely three days a week and in the Warsaw office twice a week to deliver superior customer service and achieve program goals.
