Event Planner

The Event Planner prepares event documentation and coordinates with sales, property departments, and customers to ensure seamless service throughout the pre‑event, event, and post‑event phases. The role manages logistics, billing, room blocks, and acts as a liaison between sales and operations, while also seeking revenue opportunities through up‑selling and enhancements. Additionally, the planner delivers exceptional customer service, leads event meetings, and supports sales forecasting and human resources activities.
