Event Planner

The Event Planner at Lions International is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all logistical elements of the annual international convention, educational seminars, and key organizational meetings. This role involves overseeing convention center and arena operations, catering, AV production, freight management, exhibit hall services, temporary staffing, and special projects to create meaningful global moments for Lions members worldwide. The position requires strong independent judgment, collaboration with internal and external partners, and the ability to manage large-scale events with 12,000–18,000 attendees. The Event Planner ensures projects run on time and within budget while providing thoughtful support to Senior Leaders.
