Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, this role ensures all event requirements are accurately communicated and flawlessly executed through close collaboration with hotel departments. The position focuses on delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences, maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing event revenue opportunities.
