Event Production Specialist

This role involves owning and executing complex hybrid town halls and executive events, managing all aspects from initial planning and rehearsals to live production and post-event reviews. The incumbent will operate and troubleshoot advanced audiovisual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Planar video walls, and professional audio equipment, while providing speaker coaching and stage facilitation. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage technical dependencies and last-minute changes under pressure.
