Findlay Market
The Event & Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, execution, and evaluation of Findlay Market’s special, fundraising, and private events, programming, and community engagement initiatives. This role ensures events are engaging, mission-aligned, financially sustainable, and reflective of community needs while managing associates and collaborating across departments. The position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate event needs and onsite responsibilities.
