Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver school events across the calendar
• Manage vendors, budgets, and logistics for multiple events
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align events with marketing and admissions strategy
• Oversee on‑the‑day event execution and conduct post‑event evaluation
• Promote events via email, website, social media and manage RSVPs
