Events Coordinator

OpenAI is seeking a Singapore-based Events Coordinator for a six-month full-time contract to support the planning and delivery of events across the APAC region. The role focuses on guest communications, registration, event administration, and on-site logistics under the guidance of the APAC Events lead and Event Manager. This position requires working from the Singapore office at least three days per week, with occasional travel across APAC as needed.
