Events Executive

The Events Executive is part of the Sales & Events team, responsible for managing reactive group sales and coordinating all aspects of events and conferences. This role involves preparing event documentation, liaising with hotel departments and customers, and ensuring high-level service throughout the pre-, during, and post-event phases. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to administer contracts, input group bookings into the Opera system, and maintain client relationships.
