Events Manager - Academic Conferences

The Academic Conference Events Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of Wellesley College's two flagship student showcases, the Tanner and Ruhlman Conferences. This role supports student reflection and articulation of academic inquiry by collaborating across departments to manage venue coordination, technology needs, and catering for these large-scale events. The position also provides event management support for the Madeleine Albright Institute of Global Affairs and facilitates financial coordination for the Committee on Lectures and Cultural Events.
