Events Manager

The Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing assigned group meetings and events from turnover through completion, acting as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments. The role ensures accurate communication, operational alignment, and exceptional service delivery while managing event details, up‑selling opportunities, and financial aspects using Delphi and other hotel systems.
