Events Operations Manager

The Events Operations Manager leads the planning, staffing, and execution of concessions, catering, bars, and event service at Heinz Hall, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This hands-on Food and Beverage role involves managing day-to-day event readiness, associate leadership, inventory stewardship, safety, and financial performance. During periods of reduced event activity, the position also supports food and beverage operations at The Atterbury Hotel.
