Events Specialist (Copy)

The Events Specialist manages end-to-end logistics for a wide range of events, from weekly research talks to large-scale conferences, ensuring smooth operations and seamless attendee experiences. This in-person role involves coordinating room reservations, speaker liaison duties, AV setup, and event communications while supporting multiple events in parallel.
