EWM Picker

The EWM Picker role involves performing putaway and picking tasks systematically within the EWM system while setting up new jobs for consumers in assigned areas. The position requires counting and packing finished CAT parts, maintaining accurate part counts for payroll, and ensuring quality and quantity standards are met. This role also includes training new employees, working in various production areas as needed, and encouraging consumers to work to their highest capacity.
