Exception Processing Specialist

The Exception Processing Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of deposit account exceptions and non-routine transactions in accordance with established bank policies and procedures. This role handles routine to moderately complex exception processing tasks, applying guidelines to decision-making while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position involves providing internal and external customer service support and maintaining accurate documentation.
