Exception Processor

SWBC is seeking an Exceptions Processor to research, review, and update insurance data within their computer system to ensure client interests are protected. The role involves resolving escrow disbursement discrepancies by making outbound calls to insurance agencies, verifying documentation, and processing timely payments. Candidates will work in a variety of functions to become subject matter experts in mortgage processing while maintaining accuracy and adherence to department policies.
