Exceptional Children's (EC) Teacher Assistant – Behavior Support Classroom

The Exceptional Children's (EC) Teacher Assistant – Behavior Support Classroom provides specialized instructional, behavioral, social-emotional, and personal support to students with significant behavioral and educational needs at East Franklin Elementary School. Working under the direction of a licensed EC teacher and school administration, the role assists in maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment while supporting the implementation of IEPs and BIPs. This position plays a vital role in helping students develop self-regulation, social skills, and the academic and functional skills necessary to access their educational environment.
