Excess & Surplus Underwriting Summer Internship

The Summer Internship in the Excess & Surplus Underwriting team offers college students a full-time, 10‑week program in Richmond, VA, providing hands‑on experience supporting underwriting functions, completing projects for the Professional Liability Department, and presenting results to management. Interns will gain exposure to quoting, endorsements, documentation, and other underwriting transactions while developing professional skills.
