The Workers' Compensation Injury Counselor handles and oversees complex on-the-job injury claims, coordinating resources to bring each claim to optimal resolution. Reporting to the Vice President of Claims, the role partners with local management, third-party administrators, medical case managers, and outside counsel to manage claim lifecycle and reporting. This position is based in Phoenix and focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, communication, and claim outcomes.
