Execution Excellence Head

The Execution Excellence Head leads the country implementation of enterprise-wide execution standards across the product life cycle, enabling preparatory and auxiliary activities in alignment with global guidance. This role supports the Country Head, Finance, and P&O to drive business performance, medical/access metrics, and future ambitions by leveraging data insights, implementing field models, and building digital solutions. The position requires leading a cross-functional team to harmonize standards, ensure compliance, and optimize resource allocation across therapeutic areas, value & access, and medical affairs.
