About this role

The Execution Turnaround Maintenance Coordinator ensures the safe and effective delivery of refinery turnaround events by leading planning and execution activities. This role serves as a key interface between Operations, Maintenance, contractors, and other support organizations to drive incident-free performance and alignment with business priorities. The position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of industrial maintenance processes, and the ability to coordinate complex resource allocations.

Responsibilities

Champion incident-free operations and reinforce safe work practices
Develop and communicate Front-End Loading plans for turnarounds
Select and oversee contractors to execute work safely
Monitor budgets and expenditures to support cost objectives
Coach and develop mechanics and contractor personnel

Skills

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Preferred)Experience with IMPACT process (Preferred)Knowledge of Primavera P6 (Preferred)Knowledge of MAXIMO (Preferred)
