Executive Administrative Assistant (Onsite)

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President & General Manager, Senior Director & General Manager, and other leadership within the Product Delivery Center. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and events, handling confidential communications, and supporting executive operations with a high degree of organization and discretion. The position requires a self-reliant professional who anticipates needs and ensures seamless coordination across the Middletown Engine Center facility.
