Executive Administrative Fellowship

The Executive Administrative Fellowship is a 24-month leadership development program designed to prepare early-career professionals for executive roles within Federally Qualified Health Centers. Fellows gain hands-on experience through twelve one-month rotations across key operational, financial, and clinical areas during the first year, followed by a specialized leadership focus in the second year. The role involves collaborating with C-suite executives, completing strategic projects, and presenting findings to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
