Executive Assistant - Acceleration Office

This role provides high-level administrative support to two Vice President leaders, managing complex calendars, travel, and departmental operations with limited supervision. The successful candidate will coordinate meetings, prepare executive communications, identify process efficiencies, and potentially lead projects while maintaining strict confidentiality. They will also assist in enhancing the employee experience by coordinating events and onboarding for the department.
