Executive Assistant, Corporate and External Affairs

The role provides high‑level executive support to senior leaders in CSL’s Corporate and External Affairs group, managing complex calendars, global travel, meetings and financial administration while coordinating teams across Australia, the United States and Europe. It is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, globally connected environment.
