Executive Assistant, Development

The Executive Assistant, Development provides executive administrative support to Development executives at Earthjustice, managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and facilitating workflow to advance the organization's environmental mission. This role involves proactive information management, meeting and event planning, and contributing to effective administrative systems while working independently with minimal direction. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential matters, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of the Development Leadership Team, the role supports fundraising strategy processes and departmental initiatives.
