Executive Assistant - Government

The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Group Manager and leadership team within the Health System Planning and Performance Division. The role involves managing executive workflows, coordinating schedules and correspondence, supporting governance processes, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Executive Office. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced government environment to support executive priorities and deliver organisational and ministerial business.
