The Executive Assistant II provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders in the Department of Pediatrics, including the Chair, Associate Dean for Child Health, and other key officials. The role manages complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, purchases, and correspondence while serving as a liaison among UAMS, Arkansas Children’s, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
Coordinate in‑person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and events
Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
