Executive Assistant & Office Manager

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager supports the C-Suite by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and processing expense reports to ensure leadership is prepared and organized. This role also oversees day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating team lunches, handling maintenance requests, and supporting new hire onboarding. The position serves as the first point of contact for office needs and assists with planning in-office events and special projects.
