The Executive Assistant, Programs serves as the primary administrative partner to the Chief Program Officers at San Diego Center for Children, ensuring the office remains organized, on schedule, and effectively connected across campus and community divisions. This role manages executive calendars, coordinates meetings and cross-program projects, and tracks critical deadlines for reports, licensing, and contracts. The position acts as a key liaison between leadership, program directors, and external partners while maintaining strict confidentiality in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
