Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic gatekeeper for the CEO's calendar and prioritize commitments
Prepare accurate, timely meeting materials including briefings and presentations for executives
Partner with Corporate Secretary to support Board processes and meeting preparations
Orchestrate complex domestic and international travel logistics and contingency plans
Manage and reconcile executive expense reports ensuring policy compliance
