Executive Assistant to the Commissioner

This role provides executive-level support to the NYC Parks Commissioner and Chief of Staff, managing complex schedules and handling frequent reprioritizations. The position involves coordinating briefings, managing conference room bookings, and overseeing vacation requests and training requirements for the Commissioner's team. The Executive Assistant will also facilitate City Hall approvals for event attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
