Executive Assistant to the Music Director

The Executive Assistant to the Music Director provides executive administration and serves as the main point of contact for the San Francisco Symphony’s Music Director. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Music Director’s Office, facilitates communication with internal and external stakeholders, and supports the Artistic Planning team. The position ensures smooth coordination of the Music Director’s schedule, travel, and artistic initiatives while maintaining professional relationships with key constituents.
