Executive Assistant to the Provost

The Assistant to the Provost provides expert administrative support and confidential research to executive leadership at Pierpont Community & Technical College. This role involves managing the Provost's complex schedule, coordinating travel, developing communication strategies, and assisting with strategic planning and policy development within Academic Affairs. Candidates will serve as a primary liaison to various committees and external stakeholders while ensuring the timely execution of high-level operational initiatives.
