The role involves leading the vision and execution of Board operations, including agenda development, meeting logistics, and donor relations support while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Additionally, the position provides comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, correspondence drafting, and coordinating high-priority fundraising initiatives.
