An Executive Assistant in the Philippines will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder of a small, fast-moving venture capital fund. The role focuses on keeping the Founder organized across a broad portfolio of companies, investor communications, and fundraising workflows. The position offers room to grow into more portfolio and operations responsibilities over time while working in a sensitive, confidential investment environment. The EA will join Assist World and work fully remotely with various performance-based bonuses and incentives.
