About this role

As an Executive Assistant to the Workday Government Product and Technology organization, you will serve as a strategic partner to five executives by managing complex schedules, global travel, and office operations. This role involves acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating high-impact projects and events, and handling sensitive confidential information with discretion within a fast-paced government technology environment.

Responsibilities

Strategically manage complex calendars and meeting agendas for five executives
Plan and coordinate seamless domestic and international travel logistics
Draft professional correspondence and manage communications with stakeholders
Track project tasks and drive initiatives to completion independently
Coordinate department events including agenda preparation and vendor management

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years of executive support experienceBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceExperience in office applications (Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack)Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionExperience with Federal Government business vertical (Preferred)
