Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative and operational support to the Global Vice President of People Experience at alliant. The role acts as a primary liaison between the VP, People Experience leadership, C‑Suite executives, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders. It supports enterprise-wide People Experience initiatives within a consulting and technology firm and requires strong business acumen, judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
