Executive Assistant

The Executive Support role provides dedicated administrative and organizational support to 5 to 8 Global Senior leaders, managing their diaries, correspondence, travel arrangements, and compliance records. This position acts as a key point of contact for the leaders, coordinating complex events and ensuring effective day-to-day operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. The incumbent must demonstrate high discretion, organizational rigor, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
