We are seeking a highly capable and resilient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior global leader in a fast-paced, complex environment. This trusted partner manages complex global calendars, handles high-volume communications, and coordinates extensive international travel to ensure seamless executive effectiveness. The role offers high visibility and the chance to operate at the center of strategic decision-making within a supportive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

Own and proactively manage a highly complex global calendar across multiple time zones
Manage a high-volume executive inbox, including triaging and drafting responses
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel including visas and itineraries
Interface regularly with senior leaders and external stakeholders to facilitate decision-making
Provide in-office presence and on-site support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
