Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant to Kalshi's Legal team, you will serve as the operational backbone for the General Counsel and broader legal group, ensuring seamless execution of complex regulatory and legal work. Your role involves managing intricate calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing materials for board sessions, and acting as a trusted point of contact for outside counsel and regulators. You will handle highly confidential information with discretion while supporting document management and team events to keep the legal team focused on building the next generation of financial markets.
