Executive Assistant

This role supports the Clinical Operations Director by managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, and serving as a liaison between the director, staff, and the public. Responsibilities include screening calls, transcribing minutes, creating documents, and performing administrative tasks such as filing and data compilation. The position may also assist the Director of Human Resources with recruitment and staffing duties as needed.
