The Executive Assistant provides high‑trust, senior‑level administrative and operational support to the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Research & Operations Officer, and broader People & Culture and Governance, Risk & Compliance functions. The role acts as a central hub for executive priorities, governance processes, and cross‑functional coordination, ensuring efficient workflow and seamless execution of leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
Coordinate executive meetings, forums, and cross‑functional sessions
Manage governance and compliance workflows including DocuSign routing
