The Executive Assistant will provide high‑trust administrative and operational support to the Managing Principal of Jasmine Daya & Co., a cross‑border private lending law firm. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, handling email and communications, preparing documents and presentations, and supporting client intake and business‑development projects. The assistant must maintain confidentiality, anticipate deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow across multiple time zones.
