Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CareDx Executive Leadership Team, including the Chief Data and AI Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Scientific Officer. This role ensures efficient operations and effective communication by managing executive calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and serving as a liaison with board members and external stakeholders. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced life science environment.
