Executive Assistant

Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and Board governance. This role involves managing the Executive Director's calendar, preparing leadership documentation, and coordinating Board meetings with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. The position requires a thought partner who can anticipate needs and maintain clear follow-through in a fast-moving, faith-based environment.
