Executive Assistant

This role serves as the operating backbone for the company's leadership team, providing classic executive support such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling email triage for the co-founders. The position also involves coordinating client kickoffs and onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and allow the customer success team to focus on client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional comfortable working remotely during US Eastern business hours.
