Executive Assistant

The Gardens of Golden Gate Park seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to four senior executive leaders, including the Chief of Staff, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Experience Officer, and Director of Advancement. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating strategic initiatives, preparing board materials, and facilitating meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and excellence.
