We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a key administrative partner to our Executive Leadership Team. This fully on-site role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and logistics, and handling confidential documents with discretion. The ideal candidate will leverage modern administrative technologies and AI tools to optimize workflows while supporting senior executives in a fast-paced live events environment.
